HSL Properties announces the rebranding of its sixth Encantada luxury apartment community with the recent acquisition of Broadstone Canyon Trails Apartments, 16450 W. Van Buren St. in Goodyear, Arizona. HSL purchased the 226-residence community, now called Encantada at Canyon Trails, from Alliance Residential for $23.6 million on May 3.

HSL Properties today announced its acquisition of Broadstone Queen Creek Apartments, located at 20934 E. Ocotillo Road in Queen Creek, Arizona, from Alliance Residential. HSL purchased the 264-residence community for $28 million on August 31, 2012.
