Maintenance in Training (MIT) Program
This 30 day paid program is designed for applicants with little or no work experience to provide exposure to the property management industry, knowledge of multi-family apartment maintenance and make-ready requirements, and the opportunity to build apartment maintenance skills over the course of the paid program
Over the course of the six week program, trainees are evaluated as they “tag along” with a full-time Maintenance team member, working side-by-side with them, and learning on the job in a paid capacity. Upon successful completion of the MIT program, qualified trainees may be offered a full-time position and would then be assigned to an HSL property.
