More than 1,500 people gathered to honored the best in the apartment industry, including HSL Properties’ Shalom Curtis, who won Community Manager of the Year for properties outside of Phoenix, at the 27th Annual AMA/Cox Communications Tribute Awards.
HSL’s Shalom Curtis Honored in State Apartment Industry Awards
The Community Manager of the Year award recognizes outstanding community managers who demonstrate leadership through the success of their properties. The manager demonstrated skill in leadership, marketing, budget management, and operations.
Curtis was given interview questions that focused on management skills and philosophy, industry knowledge, budget and asset administration, appearance, and attitude.
Founded over 50 years ago, the Arizona Multihousing Association is the statewide trade association for the apartment industry, representing more than 2,000 members in legislative, legal and regulatory matters.
