More than 1,300 walkers and 100 volunteers made the 4th Annual Walk for Kids the largest yet. Presented by HSL Properties and McDonald’s Local Owners/Operators, the event raised over $100,000 which will cover the cost of more than 1,033 family nights at the Ronald McDonald House.
Ronald McDonald House provides a place to stay for those who must travel more than 30 miles to receive medical care for their child, at no cost. The yearly 3K family walk raises funds to support families with children facing serious illness or injury.
Donations to the Walk for Kids can still be made and will count towards the Arizona State Charitable Tax Credit.
